जीवन (Life) में हमारे पास अपने लिए मात्र 3500 दिन (9 वर्ष व 6 महीने) ही होते है!

वर्ल्ड बैंक ने एक इन्सान की औसत आयु 78 वर्ष मानकर यह आकलन किया है जिसके अनुसार हमारे पास अपने लिए मात्र 9 वर्ष व 6 महीने ही होते है| इस आकलन के अनुसार औसतन 29 वर्ष सोने में, 3-4 वर्ष शिक्षा में, 10-12 वर्ष रोजगार में, 9-10 वर्ष मनोरंजन में, 15-18 वर्ष­ अन्य रोजमरा के कामों में जैसे खाना पीना, यात्रा, नित्य कर्म, घर के काम इत्यादि में खर्च हो जाते है| इस तरह हमारे पास अपने सपनों (Dreams) को पूरा करने व कुछ कर दिखाने के लिए मात्र 3500 दिन अथवा 84,000 घंटे ही होते है|

“संसार की सबसे मूल्यवान वस्तु समय ही है”| लेकिन वर्तमान में ज्यादातर लोग निराशामय जिंदगी (Life) जी रहे है और वे इंतजार कर रहे होते है कि उनके जीवन में कोई चमत्कार होगा, जो उनकी निराशामय जिंदगी को बदल देगा| दोस्तों वह चमत्कार आज व अभी से शुरू होगा और उस चमत्कार को करने वाले व्यक्ति आप ही है, क्योंकि उस चमत्कार को आप के अलावा कोई दूसरा व्यक्ति नहीं कर सकता|

इस शुरुआत के लिए हमें अपनी सोच व मान्यताओ (beliefs) को बदलना होगा, क्योंकि
